The recommended AA route from Bognor to South Harrow is 92.7 miles long and takes an estimated 2hrs 8 mins. It takes you via the A3 onto the M25. From there
1. Travel clockwise round the M25 to Junction 16 (M40);
2. Take the M40 Eastbound towards Uxbridge and London;
3. Continue onto the A40, passing Northolt Aerodrome on the left hand side.
4. At the Target Roundabout junction (A312) turn left towards Northolt.
5. Just after passing Northolt Underground Station on your left hand side, turn left at the next set of traffic lights, onto Eastcote Lane, becoming Field End Road.
6. At the next roundabout, turn right onto Eastcote Lane. At a small parade of shops, take the turning on the right into Carlyon Avenue. Earlsmead is the second turning on the right.
Travelling by Public Transport
The closest station to the ground is Northolt Park. This is an overground station out of Marylebone so….
1. Start off by taking a train to London Victoria. (Journey time 1 hr 37 mins with a change at Barnham; or 1 hr 46mins direct). To be sure of arriving in time for kick-off, aim to get to Victoria no later than 1.30pm.
2. At Victoria underground station, take a northbound Victoria Line train two stops to Oxford Circus.
3. On arrival at Oxford Circus tube station, switch to the Bakerloo Line and take a Westbound train to Marylebone (three stops).
4. Take a train Northolt Park. (Train services are frequent and the journey takes between 15 and 20 minutes.)
5. From Northolt Park station, it is a five minute walk to the ground. After leaving
the station, turn right under the railway bridge, and take the left hand fork into Alexandra Avenue and next right into Somervell Road. Bear right into Carlyon Avenue, and Earlsmead is the second on the left.

However, it may be cheaper to travel to and from Victoria on one of the many different Southern discount schemes, then buy a separate one-day travelcard.
