Several Players Depart

Manager Darin Killpartrick today announced that several players had left the club.

Ruben French decided to move on recently as his first team opportunities at Bognor appeared to be limited.

This week Louie Castles, Billy Franks and Jack Smith also moved on.

It is fair to say that with a very limited budget, Darin has to manage with a small but effective squad, and with the need to continue to search for effective additions to the team, some have to go to free up funds.

The club would like to thank all of these players for their commitment they have shown during challenging times, and we all wish them every success in finding a suitable club.

Louie Castles will be remembered in particular for his "Goal of the Season" at Havant last Christmas, and Jack Smith has consistently given solid, dependable service both last season and this.

It is unfortunate that his recent injury kept him out of the team for so long, making it difficult for him to reclaim his place.
