The Rocks Shake-Up 6.45pm Monday 23rd November 2009 Bognor boss Darin Killpartrick has promised to shake up his squad after the Rocks’ four-game unbeaten run in Ryman premier came to an end at home to Sutton United. A dismal first-half display saw the Rocks trail 2-0 to a Alan Pouton penalty and a goal from Charlie Taylor and although Charlie Oatway pulled a goal back in the 73rd minute they could not manage an equaliser. Killpartrick said: “The first-half performance was unacceptable. There were a lot of positives in the second half but we shouldn’t have been in that position. “I will be bringing in one or two new players because I won’t accept how we played in the first half.” Killpartrick also condemned former Albion striker Sam Gargan who won the Sutton penalty. He added: “There might have been slight contact but it was a blatant dive and I was disgusted the referee gave it.”
