PRIVATE BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Seasons reserve the right to refuse any application for hiring without giving reason. Additional conditions and charges may be levied to particular bookings at the discretion of the management, although these will always be discussed and agreed with the organiser.

2. The venue will not be liable for loss or damage to any goods or vehicles left on the premises.

3. The hirer shall not sub-hire the premises, or allow the premises to be used for any unlawful purpose, or in any unlawful way.

4. The hirer shall not use or cause or permit any other person to use the facility booked for any purpose other than the purpose for which it is hired.

5. Any property and effects in the premises which belong to the hirer will be at their sole risk. Unless otherwise agreed with the facility, any equipment, property and effects which are not removed upon the termination of the hiring may cause additional fees to be charged.

6. The period of use must not exceed the time(s) stated in the Event Agreement. Additional charges may be raised for any extended use.

7. Seasons will not be held liable for any accident, illness, loss or damage occurring as a result of the hiring.

8. The Management has the right to refuse service or admission to anyone without reason and to close down any event or function at any time, this not to be done without good reason.

9. The hirer shall not bring, or allow others to bring, any liquor onto the premises unless a written agreement exists with the facility. An additional charge will be made in such cases.

10. The hirer will co-operate at all times in permitting the venue to ensure that all exits are kept clear and free from obstruction.

11. Seasons is a strictly non-smoking facility.

12. Cancellation and deposit policy: - A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to guarantee the date. - full pre-payment of the anticipated total cost of the event is required 28 days before the event. In the event of cancellation after that point, no refund will be given.

13. Force Majeure: Seasons shall be under no liability if it is unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond it’s control including (without limiting the foregoing) Act of God, legislation, war, fire, flood, drought, failure of power supply, lockout, strike or other action taken by employees in contemplation of furtherance of a dispute or owing to any liability to procure materials required for the performance of the contract. During the continuance of such a contingency the customer may, by written notice to Seasons, elect to terminate the booking and pay for any work done and materials use.
